IMG_6103_3039_edited-1Sarah is one of the UK’s leading dietitians and media spokespeople. She is further qualified as an accredited sports dietitian and registered public health nutritionist.

She has a wealth of experience as a health writer and broadcaster, regularly contributing to titles as diverse as The Daily Mail, The Times, Men’s Health, Cosmopolitan, Glamour and Top Santé magazine, as well as appearing on and consulting for shows that include This Morning, Live with Gabby, Watchdog and across national and local BBC Radio, as well as a regular contributor on Sky News.

Sarah is co-author of the international best seller ‘Fast Diet Recipe Book’ and provided recipes for ‘The Blood Sugar Fix’, ‘The Ageless Body’ and ‘Eat Your Way to Lower Cholesterol’.

She is a member of the Association for Nutrition; The Nutrition Society; The Guild of Health Writers and has served on both professional and government committees.

As her history would suggest, Sarah is committed to promoting the benefits of a healthy, well-balanced diet. It was this commitment to nutrition that first attracted her to the Hey Like Wow project. With its revolutionary use of fresh vitamins, as well as lack of artificial colours, sweeteners and preservatives, Sarah truly believes in the HLW message of healthy living, without having to sacrifice on flavour.


Pam’s journey into the food industry began with the study of Home Economics in her home town of Manchester. Since then, she has spent a number of highly creative years experiencing different aspects of the sector, and has been a member of the FDA team for more than 20 years.

Pam has a passion for working on innovative, creative development briefs, with a particular interest in nutrition and health. With a diverse portfolio that ranges from nourishing baby food, to delicious sugar-free beverages, her love for food and well-being is at the heart of each and every project she is a part of.


Liz’s focus has always been around the science of food. Having originally studied a Food Technology course at South Bank University, she has now been a Bakery Technologist for nearly 20 years.

Liz has been part of the FDA team for 18 years and particularly enjoys the technical aspects of the role. She is considered a highly organised member of the team, and is often tasked with making sure that all projects run to plan. It is the huge variation in the job that truly motivates Liz, as well as her ability to get to the very essence of the products they promote.
